Tilausliikenne Raaseporin historia alkaa vuodesta 1988. Olof Gvanströmin halu siirtyä eläkkeelle johti Timo Toivosen siirtymiseen kuorma-auto tehtaalta henkilökuljetukseen. Taksiluvat saatiin ja toimintaa harjoitettiin myöhemmin muotiin tulleella 24/7-periaatteella.
90-luvun laman jälkeen toiminta vilkastui ja toiset taksiluvat saatiin. Koulukuljetukset toivat vähitellen yhä suuremman osan liikevaihdosta. Yhtiömuoto on muuttunut toiminnan laajenemisen myötä ja 1999 perustettiin Pohjan Palvelutaksit Oy.
Linja-autoalan lupapolitiikan muuttuminen avasi myös Pohjan Palvelutaksille mahdollisuuden joukkoliikennelupaan. Kurssien käymisen jälkeen luvat saatiin ja koulukuljetukset siirtyivät pikku hiljaa linja-autojen kontolle. Linja-autojen myötä myös keikkojen luonne alkoi muuttua, erilaiset yhdistykset ja yhteenliittymät laajensivat toimenkuvaa.
Kun Taksien toiminta 24/7-periaatteella ja tilausajojen yhteensovittaminen alkoi tuottaa ongelmia, oli aika luopua taksitoiminnasta ja muuttaa yhtiön nimi paremmin toimintaa kuvaavaksi Tilausliikenne Raaseporiksi. Vuonna 2023 on henkilöliikennettä hoidettu 35 vuotta.
